Isaías 31

Y por el terror vendrán a desfallecer sus fuerzas; y huirán despavoridos sus príncipes. Lo ha dicho el Señor, el cual tiene su fuego en Sión y su hogar en Jerusalén .

Entonces caerá el Assur por cuhillo, no de varón; y consumirálo espada, no de hombre; y huirá de la presencia de la espada, y sus mancebos serán tributarios.

Then shall the Assyrian fall with the sword, not of a mighty man; and the sword, not of a mean man, shall devour him: but he shall flee from the sword, and his young men shall be discomfited.

“The Assyrian will fall by the sword, not of man; and the sword, not of mankind, shall devour him. He will flee from the sword, and his young men will become subject to forced labor.
