Wehe denen, die nach Ägypten hinabziehen um Hilfe, auf Pferde sich stützen und die ihr Vertrauen auf Wagen setzen, weil ihrer viele, und auf Reiter, weil sie zahlreich sind; und die auf den Heiligen Israels nicht schauen und nach dem HERRN nicht fragen!
¡AY de los que descienden á Egipto por ayuda, y confían en caballos; y su esperanza ponen en carros, porque son muchos, y en caballeros, porque son valientes; y no miraron al Santo de Israel, ni buscaron á Jehová!
Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD!

Aber auch er ist weise und führt Unglück herbei und nimmt seine Worte nicht zurück; und er steht auf gegen das Haus der Übeltäter und gegen die Helferschaft derer, die Frevel tun.

Gleich schwirrenden Vögeln, so wird der HERR der Heerscharen Jerusalem beschirmen: beschirmen und erretten, schonen und befreien.

Entonces caerá el Assur por cuhillo, no de varón; y consumirálo espada, no de hombre; y huirá de la presencia de la espada, y sus mancebos serán tributarios.

Und sein Fels wird vor Schrecken entweichen, und seine Fürsten werden vor dem Panier verzagen, spricht der HERR, der sein Feuer in Zion und seinen Ofen in Jerusalem hat.
Y de miedo pasará su fortaleza, y sus príncipes tendrán pavor de la bandera, dice Jehová, cuyo fuego está en Sión, y su horno en Jerusalem.
And he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign, saith the LORD, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem.
