Ai daqueles que descem para o Egito em busca de ajuda, que dependem de cavalos. Colocam sua confiança em carros, por serem muitos, e em cavaleiros, por serem incontáveis, mas não se preocupam com o Santo de Israel e não buscam Yahweh!
¡AY de los que descienden á Egipto por ayuda, y confían en caballos; y su esperanza ponen en carros, porque son muchos, y en caballeros, porque son valientes; y no miraron al Santo de Israel, ni buscaron á Jehová!
Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD!

Porém, Ele é sábio e trará desastre, e não retirará as Suas palavras. Ele se levantará contra a casa dos perversos e contra aqueles que ajudam os que cometem pecado.
Mas él también es sabio, y traerá el mal, y no retirará sus palabras. Levantaráse pues contra la casa de los malignos, y contra el auxilio de los obradores de iniquidad.

Os egípcios são homens, e não Deus. Seus cavalos são carne, e não espírito. Quando Yahweh estender Sua mão, tanto quem ajuda tropeçará, quanto quem busca ajuda cairá; ambos perecerão juntos.
Y los Egipcios hombres son, y no Dios; y sus caballos carne, y no espíritu: de manera que en extendiendo Jehová su mano, caerá el ayudador, y caerá el ayudado, y todos ellos desfallecerán á una.

Isto é o que Yahweh me diz: "Como um leão, mesmo um jovem leão, que rosna sobre sua presa, não se assusta e nem foge quando um grupo de pastores se reúne contra ele, com suas vozes e barulho, assim Yahweh dos Exércitos descerá para lutar no monte Sião, sobre sua colina.
Porque Jehová me dijo á mí de esta manera: Como el león y el cachorro del león brama sobre su presa, y si se llega contra él cuadrilla de pastores, no temerá por sus voces, ni se acobardará por el tropel de ellos: así Jehová de los ejércitos descenderá á pelear por el monte de Sión, y por su collado.
For thus hath the LORD spoken unto me, Like as the lion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall the LORD of hosts come down to fight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof.
For the LORD says to me, “As the lion and the young lion growling over his prey, if a multitude of shepherds is called together against him, will not be dismayed at their voice, nor abase himself for their noise, so the LORD of Armies will come down to fight on Mount Zion and on its heights.
Como pássaros em voo, assim Yahweh dos Exércitos protegerá Jerusalém. Yahweh a protegerá e a resgatará; enquanto voa por cima dela, a preservará.
Como las aves que vuelan, así amparará Jehová de los ejércitos á Jerusalem, amparando, librando, pasando, y salvando.
As birds flying, so will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it.
As birds hovering, so the LORD of Armies will protect Jerusalem. He will protect and deliver it. He will pass over and preserve it.”
Voltai-vos para Ele, contra quem vos rebelastes profundamente, povo de Israel.

Porque, naquele dia, cada um jogará fora seus ídolos de prata e deuses de ouro, feitos pelas vossas mãos pecaminosas.

A Assíria cairá pela espada; uma espada, feita não por homens, a consumirá. Ela fugirá da espada e seus jovens serão submetidos a trabalhos forçados.

And he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign, saith the LORD, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem.
