wegen der Äcker meines Volkes, die in Dornen und Gestrüpp aufschießen, ach, wegen all der wonnigen Häuser in der freudenreichen Stadt!

Sobre la tierra de mi pueblo subirán espinas y cardos; y aun sobre todas las casas de placer en la ciudad de alegría.

Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city:

Thorns and briers will come up on my people’s land; yes, on all the houses of joy in the joyous city.
