Isaías 33

Highways are deserted; the traveler on the road ceases. One breaks a treaty, he rejects the cities, he does not hold man in high regard.

Las calzadas están deshechas, cesaron los caminantes: anulado ha la alianza, aborreció las ciudades, tuvo en nada los hombres.

The highways lie waste, the wayfaring man ceaseth: he hath broken the covenant, he hath despised the cities, he regardeth no man.

The highways are desolate. The traveling man ceases. The covenant is broken. He has despised the cities. He doesn’t respect man.
