At the noise of the tumult the people fled; at the lifting up of thyself the nations were scattered.

And your spoil shall be gathered like the gathering of the caterpiller: as the running to and fro of locusts shall he run upon them.

Und es wird Festigkeit deiner Zeiten, Fülle von Heil, von Weisheit und Erkenntnis geben; die Furcht Jehovas wird sein Schatz sein.
Y reinarán en tus tiempos la sabiduría y la ciencia, y la fuerza de la salvación: el temor de Jehová será su tesoro.
And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the LORD is his treasure.

The highways lie waste, the wayfaring man ceaseth: he hath broken the covenant, he hath despised the cities, he regardeth no man.
The highways are desolate. The traveling man ceases. The covenant is broken. He has despised the cities. He doesn’t respect man.
Es trauert, es schmachtet das Land; der Libanon steht beschämt da, er verdorrt; Saron ist einer Steppe gleich geworden, und Basan und Karmel schütteln ihr Laub ab.
Enlutóse, enfermó la tierra: el Líbano se avergonzó, y fué cortado: hase tornado Sarón como desierto; y Basán y Carmel fueron sacudidos.
The earth mourneth and languisheth: Lebanon is ashamed and hewn down: Sharon is like a wilderness; and Bashan and Carmel shake off their fruits.
The land mourns and languishes. Lebanon is confounded and withers away. Sharon is like a desert, and Bashan and Carmel are stripped bare.
Nun will ich aufstehen, spricht Jehova; nun will ich mich emporrichten, nun mich erheben.

Concebisteis hojarascas, aristas pariréis: el soplo de vuestro fuego os consumirá.
Ye shall conceive chaff, ye shall bring forth stubble: your breath, as fire, shall devour you.
You will conceive chaff. You will give birth to stubble. Your breath is a fire that will devour you.
Und die Völker werden zu Kalkbränden, wie abgehauene Dornen, die im Feuer verbrannt werden.
Y los pueblos serán como cal quemada: como espinas cortadas serán quemados con fuego.
And the people shall be as the burnings of lime: as thorns cut up shall they be burned in the fire.

Die Sünder in Zion sind erschrocken, Beben hat die Ruchlosen ergriffen. "Wer von uns kann weilen bei verzehrendem Feuer? Wer von uns kann weilen bei ewigen Gluten?" -
Los pecadores se asombraron en Sión, espanto sobrecogió á los hipócritas. ¿Quién de nosotros morará con el fuego consumidor? ¿quién de nosotros habitará con las llamas eternas?
The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?

Wer in Gerechtigkeit wandelt und Aufrichtigkeit redet; wer den Gewinn der Bedrückungen verschmäht; wer seine Hände schüttelt, um keine Bestechung anzunehmen; wer sein Ohr verstopft, um nicht von Bluttaten zu hören, und seine Augen verschließt, um Böses nicht zu sehen:
El que camina en justicia, y habla lo recto; el que aborrece la ganancia de violencias, el que sacude sus manos por no recibir cohecho, el que tapa su oreja por no oir sangres, el que cierra sus ojos por no ver cosa mala:
He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil;
He who walks righteously and speaks blamelessly, he who despises the gain of oppressions, who gestures with his hands, refusing to take a bribe, who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed, and shuts his eyes from looking at evil—
der wird auf Höhen wohnen, Felsenfesten sind seine Burg; sein Brot wird ihm dargereicht, sein Wasser versiegt nie. -
Este habitará en las alturas: fortalezas de rocas serán su lugar de acogimiento; se le dará su pan, y sus aguas serán ciertas.
He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.

Deine Augen werden den König schauen in seiner Schönheit, sehen werden sie ein weithin offenes Land.
Tus ojos verán al Rey en su hermosura; verán la tierra que está lejos.
Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off.

Dein Herz wird des Schreckens gedenken: Wo ist der Schreiber? Wo der Wäger? Wo, der die Türme zählte?

Thine heart shall meditate terror. Where is the scribe? where is the receiver? where is he that counted the towers?

Du wirst das freche Volk nicht mehr sehen, das Volk von unverständlicher Sprache, daß man sie nicht vernehmen, von stammelnder Zunge, die man nicht verstehen kann.
No verás á aquel pueblo espantable, pueblo de lengua oscura de entender, de lengua tartamuda que no comprendas.
Thou shalt not see a fierce people, a people of a deeper speech than thou canst perceive; of a stammering tongue, that thou canst not understand.
You will no longer see the fierce people, a people of a deep speech that you can’t comprehend, with a strange language that you can’t understand.
Schaue Zion an, die Stadt unserer Festversammlungen! Deine Augen werden Jerusalem sehen, eine ruhige Wohnstätte, ein Zelt, das nicht wandern wird, dessen Pflöcke ewiglich nicht herausgezogen, und von dessen Seilen keines je losgerissen werden wird; -
Mira á Sión, ciudad de nuestras solemnidades: tus ojos verán á Jerusalem, morada de quietud, tienda que no será desarmada, ni serán arrancadas sus estacas, ni ninguna de sus cuerdas será rota.
Look upon Zion, the city of our solemnities: thine eyes shall see Jerusalem a quiet habitation, a tabernacle that shall not be taken down; not one of the stakes thereof shall ever be removed, neither shall any of the cords thereof be broken.
Look at Zion, the city of our appointed festivals. Your eyes will see Jerusalem, a quiet habitation, a tent that won’t be removed. Its stakes will never be plucked up, nor will any of its cords be broken.
sondern daselbst ist ein Mächtiger, Jehova, bei uns; ein Ort von Flüssen, von breiten Strömen: kein Ruderschiff kommt hinein, und durch denselben zieht kein mächtiges Schiff.
Porque ciertamente allí será Jehová para con nosotros fuerte, lugar de ríos, de arroyos muy anchos, por el cual no andará galera, ni por él pasará grande navío.

Schlaff hängen deine Taue; sie halten nicht fest das Gestell ihres Mastes, halten das Segel nicht ausgebreitet. Dann wird ausgeteilt des Raubes Beute in Menge, selbst Lahme plündern die Beute.
Tus cuerdas se aflojaron; no afirmaron su mástil, ni entesaron la vela: repartiráse entonces presa de muchos despojos: los cojos arrebatarán presa.
Thy tacklings are loosed; they could not well strengthen their mast, they could not spread the sail: then is the prey of a great spoil divided; the lame take the prey.
Your rigging is untied. They couldn’t strengthen the foot of their mast. They couldn’t spread the sail. Then the prey of a great plunder was divided. The lame took the prey.
Und kein Einwohner wird sagen: Ich bin schwach. Dem Volke, das darin wohnt, wird die Missetat vergeben sein. -
No dirá el morador: Estoy enfermo: el pueblo que morare en ella será absuelto de pecado.
And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.
The inhabitant won’t say, “I am sick.” The people who dwell therein will be forgiven their iniquity.
