Les épines pousseront dans ses palais, les orties et les ronces dans ses forteresses ; ce sera un repaire de chacals, un parc pour les autruches,

En sus alcázares crecerán espinas, y ortigas y cardos en sus fortalezas; y serán morada de chacales, patio para los pollos de los avestruces.

And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be an habitation of dragons, and a court for owls.
