Isaías 36

On garda le silence, personne ne dit mot, car tel était l'ordre du roi: "Vous ne lui répondrez rien." Elyakim, fils de Hilkiyyahou, l'intendant du palais, Chebna, le secrétaire, et Yoah, l'archiviste, retournèrent alors auprès d'Ezéchias, les vêtements déchirés, et lui rapportèrent les paroles de Rabchakè.

Mas callaron, y no le respondieron palabra; porque el rey así lo había mandado, diciendo: No le respondáis.

But they held their peace, and answered him not a word: for the king’s commandment was, saying, Answer him not.

But they remained silent, and said nothing in reply, for the king’s commandment was, “Don’t answer him.”
