Così ha detto il Signore a Ciro, suo unto, ed il quale io ho preso, dice egli, per la man destra, per atterrar davanti a lui le genti, e sciogliere i lombi dei re; per aprir gli usci dinanzi a lui, e far che le porte non gli sieno serrate:
ASÍ dice Jehová á su ungido, á Ciro, al cual tomé yo por su mano derecha, para sujetar gentes delante de él y desatar lomos de reyes; para abrir delante de él puertas, y las puertas no se cerrarán:
Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;
The LORD says to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held to subdue nations before him and strip kings of their armor, to open the doors before him, and the gates shall not be shut:
