Bel s'écroule, Nébo s'affaisse ; on met leurs images sur des animaux, des bêtes de somme ; ces idoles que vous portiez sont chargées, comme un fardeau pesant, sur les bêtes fatiguées.

POSTRÓSE Bel, abatióse Nebo; sus simulacros fueron puestos sobre bestias, y sobre animales de carga: os llevarán cargados de vosotros, carga penosa.

Bel boweth down, Nebo stoopeth, their idols were upon the beasts, and upon the cattle: your carriages were heavy loaden; they are a burden to the weary beast.

Bel bows down. Nebo stoops. Their idols are carried by animals, and on the livestock. The things that you carried around are heavy loads, a burden for the weary.
