der ich von Anfang an das Ende verkünde und von alters her, was noch nicht geschehen ist; der ich spreche: Mein Ratschluss soll zustande kommen, und all mein Wohlgefallen werde ich tun;

Que anuncio lo por venir desde el principio, y desde antiguo lo que aun no era hecho; que digo: Mi consejo permanecerá, y haré todo lo que quisiere;
