Eu anuncio o fim desde o início, e antecipo aquilo que ainda não aconteceu. Eu digo: "Meu plano acontecerá, e faço como Eu desejo".

Que anuncio lo por venir desde el principio, y desde antiguo lo que aun no era hecho; que digo: Mi consejo permanecerá, y haré todo lo que quisiere;

Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
