che annunzio la fine sin dal principio, e molto tempo prima predìco le cose non ancora avvenute; che dico: “Il mio piano sussisterà, e metterò ad effetto tutta la mia volontà”;

Que anuncio lo por venir desde el principio, y desde antiguo lo que aun no era hecho; que digo: Mi consejo permanecerá, y haré todo lo que quisiere;

Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
