Dès le début, j'annonce les choses futures, et longtemps d'avance ce qui n'est pas encore accompli; je parle ma décision demeure, et tout ce que je veux, je le réalise.

Que anuncio lo por venir desde el principio, y desde antiguo lo que aun no era hecho; que digo: Mi consejo permanecerá, y haré todo lo que quisiere;
