Isaías 47

Tali ti sono state le cose, intorno alle quali tu ti sei affaticata. Quant'è a'tuoi mercatanti, coi quali tu hai mercatantato fin dalla tua fanciullezza, son fuggiti chi qua, chi là, ciascuno alle sue parti; non vi è niuno che ti salvi.

Así te serán aquellos con quienes te fatigaste, tus negociantes desde tu niñez: cada uno echará por su camino, no habrá quien te salve.

Thus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, even thy merchants, from thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee.

The things that you labored in will be like this: those who have trafficked with you from your youth will each wander in his own way. There will be no one to save you.
