Isaías 48

Darum bin ich urn meines Namens willen geduldig und urn meines Ruhms willen will ich mich dir zugut enthalten, daß du nicht ausgerottet werdest.

Por amor de mi nombre dilataré mi furor, y para alabanza mía te daré largas, para no talarte.

For my name’s sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off.

For my name’s sake, I will defer my anger, and for my praise, I hold it back for you so that I don’t cut you off.
