Isaías 51

Ninguém teve compaixão de Jerusalém; de repente caíram duas desgraças sobre ela: ruína e destruição, fome e guerra! E não havia ninguém para lhe dar um pouco de consolo!

Estas dos cosas te han acaecido; ¿quién se dolerá de ti? asolamiento y quebrantamiento, hambre y espada. ¿Quién te consolará?

These two things are come unto thee; who shall be sorry for thee? desolation, and destruction, and the famine, and the sword: by whom shall I comfort thee?

These two things have happened to you— who will grieve with you?— desolation and destruction, and famine and the sword. How can I comfort you?
