9Desperta-te! Desperta-te! Reveste-te de força, ó braço do SENHOR! Desperta-te como nos dias do passado, como nas gerações antigas; por acaso não és tu aquele que cortaste em pedaços a Raabe, que feriste ao dragão marinho?

9Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?
