OIDME, los que seguís justicia, los que buscáis á Jehová: mirad á la piedra de donde fuisteis cortados, y á la caverna de la fosa de donde fuisteis arrancados.
Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the LORD: look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged.

Sim, Yahweh consolará Sião; Ele confortará todos os seus lugares assolados; fará seu deserto como o Éden; sua região seca, ao lado do vale do rio Jordão, como o jardim de Yahweh. Alegria e contentamento serão encontrados nela, ações de graças e som de cânticos.
Ciertamente consolará Jehová á Sión: consolará todas sus soledades, y tornará su desierto como paraíso, y su soledad como huerto de Jehová: hallarse ha en ella alegría y gozo, alabanza y voz de cantar.
For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.

"Atentai a Mim, povo Meu; ouvi-Me, povo Meu! Pois emitirei um decreto e farei Minha justiça como luz para as nações.
Estad atentos á mí, pueblo mío, y oidme, nación mía; porque de mí saldrá la ley, y mi juicio descubriré para luz de pueblos.
Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.
“Listen to me, my people; and hear me, my nation, for a law will go out from me, and I will establish my justice for a light to the peoples.
Minha justiça está perto, Minha salvação chegará, Meu braço julgará as nações; as terras costeiras esperarão, ansiosamente, por Mim e pelo Meu braço.
Cercana está mi justicia, salido ha mi salud, y mis brazos juzgarán á los pueblos: á mí esperarán las islas, y en mi brazo pondrán su esperanza.
My righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they trust.

Elevai os vossos olhos para o céu e olhai para a terra embaixo. Os céus sumirão como a fumaça, a terra se desgastará como uma roupa, e seus habitantes morrerão como as moscas. Mas Minha salvação continuará para sempre e Minha justiça nunca falhará.

Porque a traça os devorará como a uma roupa e o verme os comerá como a lã; mas a Minha justiça será para sempre e Minha salvação, para todas as gerações".

Desperta, desperta, veste-Te de força, braço de Yahweh! Desperta como nos dias antigos, como nas gerações passadas. Não foste Tu que despedaçaste Raabe, o monstro do mar, que perfuraste o dragão?
Despiértate, despiértate, vístete de fortaleza, oh brazo de Jehová; despiértate como en el tiempo antiguo, en los siglos pasados. ¿No eres tú el que cortó á Rahab, y el que hirió al dragón?
Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?

Não foste Tu que fizeste secar o mar, as águas do grande abismo, que fizeste das profundezas do mar um caminho para os redimidos atravessarem?
¿No eres tú el que secó la mar, las aguas del grande abismo; el que al profundo de la mar tornó en camino, para que pasasen los redimidos?
Art thou not it which hath dried the sea, the waters of the great deep; that hath made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?

Os remidos de Yahweh retornarão a Sião e entrarão nela com gritos de júbilo e a alegria eterna coroará suas cabeças; o regozijo e a alegria os alcançarão, a tristeza e o luto fugirão.
Cierto, tornarán los redimidos de Jehová, volverán á Sión cantando, y gozo perpetuo será sobre sus cabezas: poseerán gozo y alegría, y el dolor y el gemido huirán.
Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
Those ransomed by the LORD will return, and come with singing to Zion. Everlasting joy shall be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy. Sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
"Eu, Eu Sou Aquele que te conforta. Por que tens medo de um homem que morrerá, de filhos de homens, que são como a relva?
Yo, yo soy vuestro consolador. ¿Quién eres tú para que tengas temor del hombre, que es mortal, del hijo del hombre, que por heno será contado?
I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass;

Por que te esqueceste de Yahweh, teu Criador, que estendeu os céus e lançou as fundações da terra? Todo dia, tu estás em constante pavor por causa da fúria ardente do opressor quando ele decide te destruir. Onde está a fúria do opressor?
Y haste ya olvidado de Jehová tu Hacedor, que extendió los cielos y fundó la tierra; y todo el día temiste continuamente del furor del que aflige, cuando se disponía para destruir: mas ¿en dónde está el furor del que aflige?
And forgettest the LORD thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?
Have you forgotten the LORD your Maker, who stretched out the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth? Do you live in fear continually all day because of the fury of the oppressor, when he prepares to destroy? Where is the fury of the oppressor?
Quanto ao que está cativo, Yahweh se apressará para libertá-lo. Ele não morrerá e nem descerá à cova, nem lhe faltará o pão.
El preso se da prisa para ser suelto, por no morir en la mazmorra, ni que le falte su pan.
The captive exile hasteneth that he may be loosed, and that he should not die in the pit, nor that his bread should fail.
The captive exile will speedily be freed. He will not die and go down into the pit. His bread won’t fail.
Pois Eu Sou Yahweh, teu Deus, que agita o mar de modo que suas ondas rujam — Yahweh dos Exércitos é o Seu nome.
Empero yo Jehová, que parto la mar, y suenan sus ondas, soy tu Dios, cuyo nombre es Jehová de los ejércitos.
But I am the LORD thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The LORD of hosts is his name.

Eu coloquei as Minhas palavras em tua boca e te cobri com a sombra da Minha mão; Eu estabeleci os céus, coloquei os alicerces da terra e disse a Sião: 'Tu és Meu povo'".
Y en tu boca he puesto mis palabras, y con la sombra de mi mano te cubrí, para que plantase los cielos y fundase la tierra, y que dijese á Sión: Pueblo mío eres tú.
And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.

Desperta, desperta! Levanta-te, Jerusalém, que bebeste das mãos de Yahweh, da taça da Sua ira; que bebeste do cálice, até o resto da taça da embriaguez.

Awake, awake, stand up, O Jerusalem, which hast drunk at the hand of the LORD the cup of his fury; thou hast drunken the dregs of the cup of trembling, and wrung them out.

Não há, dentre os filhos que ela gerou, nenhum que a guie. De todos os filhos que ela criou, nenhum a toma pela mão.

Estes dois problemas te aconteceram; quem lamentará contigo? A desolação e a destruição, a fome e a espada. Quem te consolará?

These two things are come unto thee; who shall be sorry for thee? desolation, and destruction, and the famine, and the sword: by whom shall I comfort thee?

Teus filhos desmaiaram; eles se deitam em cada esquina, como um antílope em uma rede; eles estão cheios da ira de Yahweh, da repreensão do teu Deus.
Tus hijos desmayaron, estuvieron tendidos en las encrucijadas de todos los caminos, como buey montaraz en la red, llenos del furor de Jehová, de la ira del Dios tuyo.
Thy sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as a wild bull in a net: they are full of the fury of the LORD, the rebuke of thy God.

Agora, porém, ouve isto, tu que estás aflita e embriagada, mas não com vinho:

Assim diz o teu Senhor Yahweh, teu Deus, que defende a causa de Seu povo: "Vê, Eu tiro a taça da vertigem da tua mão — o cálice, que é a taça da Minha ira — para que não bebas dela novamente.
Así dijo tu Señor Jehová, y tu Dios, el cual pleitea por su pueblo: He aquí he quitado de tu mano el cáliz de aturdimiento, la hez del cáliz de mi furor; nunca más lo beberás:
Thus saith thy Lord the LORD, and thy God that pleadeth the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of thine hand the cup of trembling, even the dregs of the cup of my fury; thou shalt no more drink it again:

Eu a colocarei nas mãos de teus atormentadores, aqueles que te disseram: 'Deita-te, para que caminhemos sobre ti'; os que fizeram de tuas costas como o chão e como rua, para que andassem por cima".
Y ponerlo he en mano de tus angustiadores, que dijeron á tu alma: Encórvate, y pasaremos. Y tú pusiste tu cuerpo como tierra, y como camino, á los que pasan.
But I will put it into the hand of them that afflict thee; which have said to thy soul, Bow down, that we may go over: and thou hast laid thy body as the ground, and as the street, to them that went over.
I will put it into the hand of those who afflict you, who have said to your soul, ‘Bow down, that we may walk over you;’ and you have laid your back as the ground, like a street to those who walk over.”
