Denn wie ein Schößling stieg Er auf vor Ihm, und wie die Wurzel aus dem dürren Land. Keine Gestalt hat Er und keine Ehre; und wir sahen Ihn, aber da war kein Ansehen, daß wir Sein begehrten.

Jehovah aber wollte Ihn zerstoßen, erkranken lassen; wenn Er zur Schuld setzt Seine Seele, wird Er Samen sehen, verlängern die Tage und Jehovahs Wille durch Seine Hand gelingen.
Con todo eso Jehová quiso quebrantarlo, sujetándole á padecimiento. Cuando hubiere puesto su vida en expiación por el pecado, verá linaje, vivirá por largos días, y la voluntad de Jehová será en su mano prosperada.

Aus Seiner Seele Mühsal sieht Er und wird gesättigt; durch Sein Wissen macht Mein gerechter Knecht viele gerecht, deren Missetaten Er Sich aufgeladen.
Del trabajo de su alma verá y será saciado; con su conocimiento justificará mi siervo justo á muchos, y él llevará las iniquidades de ellos.
He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light and be satisfied. My righteous servant will justify many by the knowledge of himself; and he will bear their iniquities.
Darum will Ich Ihm es austeilen unter vielen, und mit den Mächtigen teilt Er die Beute, dafür, daß Er Seine Seele dem Tode bloßgestellt, und zu den Übertretern Sich rechnen ließ, und vieler Sünden trug, und für die Übertreter vermittelte.
Por tanto yo le daré parte con los grandes, y con los fuertes repartirá despojos; por cuanto derramó su vida hasta la muerte, y fué contado con los perversos, habiendo él llevado el pecado de muchos, y orado por los transgresores.
