ALÉGRATE, oh estéril, la que no paría; levanta canción, y da voces de júbilo, la que nunca estuvo de parto: porque más son los hijos de la dejada que los de la casada, ha dicho Jehová.

Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes;

Car tu te répandras à droite et à gauche, et ta postérité conquerra les nations et peuplera les villes désertes.
Porque á la mano derecha y á la mano izquierda has de crecer; y tu simiente heredará gentes, y habitarán las ciudades asoladas.
For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.
For you will spread out on the right hand and on the left; and your offspring will possess the nations and settle in desolate cities.
Ne crains point, car tu ne seras pas confuse ; n'aie point honte, car tu n'auras pas à rougir ; car tu oublieras la honte de ta jeunesse, et tu ne te souviendras plus de l'opprobre de ton veuvage.
No temas, que no serás avergonzada; y no te avergüences, que no serás afrentada: antes, te olvidarás de la vergüenza de tu mocedad, y de la afrenta de tu viudez no tendrás más memoria.
Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.

Car ton époux, c'est celui qui t'a formée ; son nom est l'Eternel des armées ; et ton Rédempteur est le Saint d'Israël ; il s'appelle le Dieu de toute la terre.
Porque tu marido es tu Hacedor; Jehová de los ejércitos es su nombre: y tu redentor, el Santo de Israel; Dios de toda la tierra será llamado.
For thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.
For your Maker is your husband; the LORD of Armies is his name. The Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer. He will be called the God of the whole earth.
Car l'Eternel te rappelle, comme une femme abandonnée et affligée, comme une épouse de la jeunesse qui a été répudiée, a dit ton Dieu.
Porque como á mujer dejada y triste de espíritu te llamó Jehová, y como á mujer moza que es repudiada, dijo el Dios tuyo.
For the LORD hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.
For the LORD has called you as a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit, even a wife of youth, when she is cast off,” says your God.
Pour un instant je t'ai abandonnée, mais dans mes grandes compassions je te rassemblerai.
Por un pequeño momento te dejé; mas te recogeré con grandes misericordias.
For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.

Dans le débordement de mon courroux, je t'ai caché ma face un moment, mais par une miséricorde éternelle j'ai eu compassion de toi, dit ton Rédempteur, l'Eternel.
Con un poco de ira escondí mi rostro de ti por un momento; mas con misericordia eterna tendré compasión de ti, dijo tu Redentor Jehová.
In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.
In overflowing wrath I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting loving kindness I will have mercy on you,” says the LORD your Redeemer.
Car il en sera pour moi comme des eaux de Noé, lorsque je jurai que les eaux de Noé ne se répandraient plus sur la terre : ainsi j'ai juré de ne plus me courroucer contre toi et de ne plus te menacer.
Porque esto me será como las aguas de Noé; que juré que nunca más las aguas de Noé pasarían sobre la tierra; así he jurado que no me enojaré contra ti, ni te reñiré.
For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee.

Quand les montagnes se retireraient et que les collines s'ébranleraient, ma grâce ne se retirera point d'avec toi, et mon alliance de paix ne sera point ébranlée, dit celui qui a compassion de toi, l'Eternel.
Porque los montes se moverán, y los collados temblarán; mas no se apartará de ti mi misericordia, ni el pacto de mi paz vacilará, dijo Jehová, el que tiene misericordia de ti.
For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.

Pobrecita, fatigada con tempestad, sin consuelo; he aquí que yo cimentaré tus piedras sobre carbunclo, y sobre zafiros te fundaré.
O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires.
“You afflicted, tossed with storms, and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in beautiful colors, and lay your foundations with sapphires.
je ferai tes créneaux de rubis, tes portes d'escarboucles, et toute ton enceinte de pierres précieuses.
Tus ventanas pondré de piedras preciosas, tus puertas de piedras de carbunclo, y todo tu término de piedras de buen gusto.
And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones.
I will make your pinnacles of rubies, your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of precious stones.
Tous tes fils seront disciples de l'Eternel, et la paix de tes fils sera grande.
Y todos tus hijos serán enseñados de Jehová; y multiplicará la paz de tus hijos.
And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.

Tu seras affermie par la justice : éloigne de toi l'angoisse, car tu n'as rien à craindre, et la frayeur, car elle ne t'approchera pas !
Con justicia serás adornada; estarás lejos de opresión, porque no temerás; y de temor, porque no se acercará á ti.
In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.
You will be established in righteousness. You will be far from oppression, for you will not be afraid, and far from terror, for it shall not come near you.
Si l'on forme une ligue, cela ne viendra pas de moi ; qui s'est ligué contre toi ? Il tombera devant toi !
Si alguno conspirare contra ti, será sin mí: el que contra ti conspirare, delante de ti caerá.
Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.
Behold, they may gather together, but not by me. Whoever gathers together against you will fall because of you.
Voici, c'est moi qui ai créé le forgeron qui souffle sur les charbons ardents et qui en fait sortir l'arme qu'il doit fabriquer, et c'est moi qui ai créé le dévastateur pour détruire :
He aquí que yo crié al herrero que sopla las ascuas en el fuego, y que saca la herramienta para su obra; y yo he criado al destruidor para destruir.
Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
“Behold, I have created the blacksmith who fans the coals into flame, and forges a weapon for his work; and I have created the destroyer to destroy.
toute arme forgée contre toi sera sans effet, et toute langue qui s'élèvera pour contester avec toi, tu la condamneras ; c'est là l'héritage des serviteurs de l'Eternel, et la justice que je leur donnerai, dit l'Eternel.
Toda herramienta que fuere fabricada contra ti, no prosperará; y tú condenarás toda lengua que se levantare contra ti en juicio. Esta es la heredad de los siervos de Jehová, y su justicia de por mí, dijo Jehová.
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
