»Kommt her« (sagen sie), »ich will Wein holen, und Rauschtrank wollen wir zechen! Und morgen soll es wieder so zugehen wie heute, herrlich über alle Maßen!«

Venid, dicen, tomaré vino, embriaguémonos de sidra; y será el día de mañana como este, ó mucho más excelente.

Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.

“Come,” they say, “I will get wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and tomorrow will be as today, great beyond measure.”
