Isaías 59

So ist denn die Wahrheit verschwunden; und wer sich gegen das Böse auflehnt, muß sich ausplündern lassen. Als der HERR das sah, mißfiel es ihm sehr, daß nirgends Recht vorhanden war;

Y la verdad fué detenida; y el que se apartó del mal, fué puesto en presa: y viólo Jehová, y desagradó en sus ojos, porque pereció el derecho.

Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

Yes, truth is lacking; and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. The LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no justice.
