Isaías 59

Y la verdad fue detenida; y el que se apartó del mal fue puesto en presa. Y lo vio Jehová, y desagradó en sus ojos; porque pereció el derecho.

Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.
