Eis que a mão do SENHOR não está encolhida, para que não possa salvar; nem seu ouvido surdo, para não poder ouvir.
HE aquí que no se ha acortado la mano de Jehová para salvar, ni hase agravado su oído para oir:

Porque vossas mãos estão contaminadas de sangue, e vossos dedos de maldade; vossos lábios falam falsidade, vossa língua pronuncia perversidade.

Ninguém há que clame pela justiça, nem ninguém que defenda causa em juízo por meio da verdade; confiam naquilo que é inútil, e falam mentiras; são causadores de opressão, e geram injustiça;

Suas teias não servem para vestimentas, nem poderão se cobrir com suas obras; suas obras são obras de injustiça, e atos de violência há em suas mãos.

Seus pés correm para o mal, e se apressam para derramarem sangue inocente; seus pensamentos são pensamentos de injustiça, destruição e ruína há em suas estradas.

O caminho da paz eles não conhecem, nem há justiça em seus percursos; entortam suas veredas para si mesmos; todo aquele que anda por elas não experimentará paz.

Por isso o juízo está longe de nós, nem a justiça nos alcança; esperamos luz , porém eis que há somente trevas; esperamos brilho, porém andamos às escuras.

Apalpamos as paredes como cegos, e como se não tivéssemos olhos andamos apalpando; tropeçamos ao meio-dia como se fosse noite; entre os fortes estamos como mortos.
Palpamos la pared como ciegos, y andamos á tiento como sin ojos; tropezamos al medio día como de noche; estamos en oscuros lugares como muertos.

Todos nós bramamos como ursos, e continuamente gememos como pombas; esperamos pela justiça, e nada acontece ; esperamos pela salvação, porem ela está longe de nós.
Aullamos como osos todos nosotros, y gemimos lastimeramente como palomas: esperamos juicio, y no lo hay; salud, y alejóse de nosotros.

Tais como : transgredir e mentir contra o SENHOR, e se desviar de seguir a nosso Deus; falar de opressão e rebelião, conceber e falar palavras de falsidade do coração.
El prevaricar y mentir contra Jehová, y tornar de en pos de nuestro Dios; el hablar calumnia y rebelión, concebir y proferir de corazón palabras de mentira.
In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.

Por isso que o direito retrocedeu, e a justiça ficou de longe; pois a verdade tropeçou na praça, e a correta decisão não pode entrar.

E vendo que ninguém havia, maravilhou-se de que não houvesse intercessor algum; por isso seu próprio braço lhe trouxe a salvação, e sua própria justiça o susteve.

Ele lhes retribuirá conforme suas obras: furor a seus adversários, pagamento a seus inimigos; às terras litorâneas ele pagará de volta.

Então temerão o nome do SENHOR desde o ocidente, e sua glória desde o oriente; pois ele vem como uma correnteza impetuosa, empurrada pelo sopro do SENHOR.
Y temerán desde el occidente el nombre de Jehová, y desde el nacimiento del sol su gloria: porque vendrá el enemigo como río, mas el espíritu de Jehová levantará bandera contra él.

E um Redentor virá a Sião, para aqueles que se arrependerem de sua transgressão em Jacó, diz o SENHOR.
Y vendrá el Redentor á Sión, y á los que se volvieren de la iniquidad en Jacob, dice Jehová.
And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD.

Quanto a mim, este é meu pacto com eles,diz o SENHOR; meu Espírito que está sobre ti, e minhas palavras que pus em tua boca, não se afastarão de tua boca nem da boca de teus descendentes, nem da boca dos descendentes de teus descendentes, diz o SENHOR, desde agora e para sempre.
