Isaías 5

E eu a tornarei uma terra abandonada; não será podada, nem cavada; mas crescerão nela cardos e espinhos; e darei ordens às nuvens, para que não chovam chuva sobre ela.

Haré que quede desierta; no será podada ni cavada, y crecerá el cardo y las espinas: y aun á las nubes mandaré que no derramen lluvia sobre ella.

And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

I will lay it a wasteland. It won’t be pruned or hoed, but it will grow briers and thorns. I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain on it.”
