Darum habe ich die Volker zertreten in meinem Zorn und habe sie trunken gemacht in meinem Grimm und ihr Vermogen zu Boden gestoften.

Y con mi ira hollé los pueblos, y embriaguélos de mi furor, y derribé á tierra su fortaleza.

And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.

I trod down the peoples in my anger and made them drunk in my wrath. I poured their lifeblood out on the earth.”
