¡OH si rompieses los cielos, y descendieras, y á tu presencia se escurriesen los montes,

Como fuego abrasador de fundiciones que hierve el agua, para que des a conocer tu Nombre a tus enemigos y tiemblen las naciones ante tu Presencia.
Como fuego abrasador de fundiciones, fuego que hace hervir las aguas, para que hicieras notorio tu nombre á tus enemigos, y las gentes temblasen á tu presencia!
As when the melting fire burneth, the fire causeth the waters to boil, to make thy name known to thine adversaries, that the nations may tremble at thy presence!

Cuando hiciste cosas asombrosas que no esperábamos, las montañas temblaron ante tu Presencia.
Cuando, haciendo terriblezas cuales nunca esperábamos, descendiste, fluyeron los montes delante de ti.
When thou didst terrible things which we looked not for, thou camest down, the mountains flowed down at thy presence.
When you did awesome things which we didn’t look for, you came down, and the mountains quaked at your presence.
Jamás oído oyó ni ojo vio a un ʼelohim fuera de Ti, que actúa a favor del que espera en Él.

For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.
For from of old men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen a God besides you, who works for him who waits for him.
Sales a encontrarte con aquel que con gozo practica la justicia, del que tiene presentes tus caminos. Ciertamente, Tú te airaste cuando pecamos. En los pecados estuvimos largo tiempo. ¿Y seremos salvados?
Saliste al encuentro al que con alegría obraba justicia, á los que se acordaban de ti en tus caminos: he aquí, tú te enojaste porque pecamos; en esos hay perpetuidad, y seremos salvos.
Thou meetest him that rejoiceth and worketh righteousness, those that remember thee in thy ways: behold, thou art wroth; for we have sinned: in those is continuance, and we shall be saved.
You meet him who rejoices and does righteousness, those who remember you in your ways. Behold, you were angry, and we sinned. We have been in sin for a long time. Shall we be saved?
Todos nosotros somos como suciedad, todas nuestras obras de justicia como trapo de menstruo. Todos nosotros nos marchitamos como hojas, y nuestras iniquidades nos arrastran como el viento.
Si bien todos nosotros somos como suciedad, y todas nuestras justicias como trapo de inmundicia; y caímos todos nosotros como la hoja, y nuestras maldades nos llevaron como viento.
But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
For we have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteousness is like a polluted garment. We all fade like a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away.
No hay quien invoque tu Nombre, que despierte para apoyarse en Ti, porque ocultaste tu rostro de nosotros, y nos entregaste al poder de nuestras iniquidades.
Y nadie hay que invoque tu nombre, que se despierte para tenerte; por lo cual escondiste de nosotros tu rostro, y nos dejaste marchitar en poder de nuestras maldades.
And there is none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee: for thou hast hid thy face from us, and hast consumed us, because of our iniquities.
There is no one who calls on your name, who stirs himself up to take hold of you; for you have hidden your face from us, and have consumed us by means of our iniquities.
Ahora pues, oh Yavé, Tú eres nuestro Padre. Nosotros somos la arcilla y Tú nuestro Alfarero. Todos nosotros somos la obra de tu mano.
Ahora pues, Jehová, tú eres nuestro padre; nosotros lodo, y tú el que nos formaste; así que obra de tus manos, todos nosotros.

No te aíres en exceso, oh Yavé. No te acuerdes para siempre de la iniquidad. Mira, te ruego, todos nosotros somos pueblo tuyo.
No te aires, oh Jehová, sobremanera, ni tengas perpetua memoria de la iniquidad: he aquí mira ahora, pueblo tuyo somos todos nosotros.
Be not wroth very sore, O LORD, neither remember iniquity for ever: behold, see, we beseech thee, we are all thy people.
Don’t be furious, LORD. Don’t remember iniquity forever. Look and see, we beg you, we are all your people.

La Casa de nuestro Santuario y de nuestro esplendor, en la cual te alabaron nuestros antepasados, fue consumida por el fuego. Todas nuestras cosas preciosas fueron destruidas.

Our holy and our beautiful house, where our fathers praised thee, is burned up with fire: and all our pleasant things are laid waste.

¡Oh Yavé! ¿Te retraes ante todas estas cosas? ¿Te callas, y nos afliges sin medida?
¿Te estarás quieto, oh Jehová, sobre estas cosas? ¿callarás, y nos afligirás sobremanera?
Wilt thou refrain thyself for these things, O LORD? wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us very sore?
Will you hold yourself back for these things, LORD? Will you keep silent and punish us very severely?
