Todo el día extendí mis manos a un pueblo rebelde, que camina por malos senderos, siguiendo sus propios caprichos;

Se sientan entre los sepulcros y pasan la noche en cuevas; comen carne de cerdo y sus ollas están llenas de caldos impuros.

Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;

Todavía dicen: “Quédate allá, no te me acerques, porque soy más santo que tú”. ¡Esa gente es como humo en mi nariz, como un fuego que arde todo el día!

Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.

Miren, ya está escrito delante de mí: no me quedaré callado, sino que les daré su merecido; les pediré cuentas de sus actos.

Así ha dicho Jehová: Como si alguno hallase mosto en un racimo, y dijese: No lo desperdicies, que bendición hay en él; así haré yo por mis siervos, que no lo destruiré todo.
Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all.

La llanura de Sarón será campo de pastoreo para ovejas, y el valle de Acor será lugar de descanso para el ganado, para el pueblo que me ha buscado.

Empero vosotros los que dejáis á Jehová, que olvidáis el monte de mi santidad, que ponéis mesa para la Fortuna, y suministráis libaciones para el Destino;
But ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.
“But you who forsake the LORD, who forget my holy mountain, who prepare a table for Fortune, and who fill up mixed wine to Destiny;
yo los destino a la espada; todos ustedes se encorvarán para la matanza. Porque llamé y no respondieron, hablé y no escucharon; hicieron lo malo ante mis ojos y eligieron lo que me desagrada”.

Por eso, así dice el Señor Yahvé: “Mis siervos comerán, pero ustedes tendrán hambre; mis siervos beberán, pero ustedes tendrán sed; mis siervos se alegrarán, pero ustedes quedarán avergonzados.
Por tanto así dijo el Señor Jehová: He aquí que mis siervos comerán, y vosotros tendréis hambre; he aquí que mis siervos beberán, y vosotros tendréis sed; he aquí que mis siervos se alegrarán, y vosotros seréis avergonzados;

Mis siervos cantarán con júbilo en el corazón, pero ustedes gritarán de dolor y gemirán con el espíritu quebrantado.

El nombre de ustedes servirá de maldición para mis elegidos, y el Señor Yahvé les dará muerte; pero a sus siervos les dará otro nombre.
Y dejaréis vuestro nombre por maldición á mis escogidos, y el Señor Jehová te matará; y á sus siervos llamará por otro nombre.
And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name:

Cualquiera que pida bendición en la tierra, la pedirá al Dios de la verdad; y el que haga un juramento, jurará por el Dios de la verdad. Porque las angustias pasadas quedarán en el olvido, quedarán ocultas a mis ojos.
El que se bendijere en la tierra, en el Dios de verdad se bendecirá; y el que jurare en la tierra, por el Dios de verdad jurará; porque las angustias primeras serán olvidadas, y serán cubiertas de mis ojos.
That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.

“Allí no habrá niños que mueran a los pocos días, ni ancianos que no lleguen a una edad avanzada. El que muera a los cien años será considerado joven, y el que no llegue a los cien será considerado maldito.
No habrá más allí niño de días, ni viejo que sus días no cumpla: porque el niño morirá de cien años, y el pecador de cien años, será maldito.
There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
“No more will there be an infant who only lives a few days, nor an old man who has not filled his days; for the child will die one hundred years old, and the sinner being one hundred years old will be accursed.
Construirán casas y vivirán en ellas, plantarán viñedos y comerán su fruto.

They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.

No trabajarán en vano ni tendrán hijos para la desgracia, porque son descendencia bendecida por Yahvé, ellos y sus descendientes.

They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.

The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.
