O Senhor diz: “Povos que antes nunca se interessaram por mim, agora estão me procurando. Nações que nunca me haviam procurado, agora estão me encontrando. Eu mesmo me apresentei a quem não me conhecia como Deus e disse: ‘Estou aqui, eu estou aqui!’
FUÍ buscado de los que no preguntaban por mi; fuí hallado de los que no me buscaban. Dije á gente que no invocaba mi nombre: Heme aquí, heme aquí.
I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.

Mas o meu povo fugiu de mim enquanto eu, dia após dia, estendia minhas mãos para recebê-lo, um povo que preferiu seguir seus caminhos errados, fazendo a sua própria vontade.
Extendí mis manos todo el día á pueblo rebelde, el cual anda por camino no bueno, en pos de sus pensamientos;

Constantemente eles me provocam abertamente, adorando ídolos em jardins e queimando incenso nos terraços de suas casas.
Pueblo que en mi cara me provoca de continuo á ira, sacrificando en huertos, y ofreciendo perfume sobre ladrillos;
A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;

À noite eles andam no meio das sepulturas e cavernas. Comem carne de porco, e em suas panelas tem sopa de carne impura.
Que se quedan en los sepulcros, y en los desiertos tienen la noche; que comen carne de puerco, y en sus ollas hay caldo de cosas inmundas;
Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;

Apesar de tudo isso, dizem uns aos outros: ‘Não se aproxime muito de mim, você pode me contaminar! Eu sou mais santo que você!’ Esse povo me sufoca de ira; a minha ira é como um fogo que não se apaga!
Que dicen: Estáte en tu lugar, no te llegues á mí, que soy más santo que tú: éstos son humo en mi furor, fuego que arde todo el día.
Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.

“Olhem bem! O meu decreto já está escrito diante de mim: Eu não vou ficar calado; vou castigar esse povo. Sim, eu vou pedir contas,

não só pelos pecados que cometeram, mas também pelos pecados de seus pais”, diz o Senhor. “Porque seus pais também me ofenderam, queimando incenso no alto dos montes e me desafiaram nas colinas. Eu darei a todos eles um justo castigo”.

Assim diz o Senhor: “Eu não destruirei todos eles. É como quando alguém encontra uvas boas num cacho de uvas podres, e outra pessoa diz: ‘Não destrua esse cacho, há algumas uvas boas nele!’ Eu tenho alguns servos fiéis em Israel, e por isso não destruirei a nação inteira.
Así ha dicho Jehová: Como si alguno hallase mosto en un racimo, y dijese: No lo desperdicies, que bendición hay en él; así haré yo por mis siervos, que no lo destruiré todo.
Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all.

Eu vou separar um remanescente de Jacó e do povo da tribo de Judá para receber por herança as minhas montanhas. As pessoas que eu escolhi viverão ali e serão meus servos.

Para o meu povo que me buscou, a planície de Sarom servirá de pasto para os seus rebanhos de ovelhas, e o seu gado pastará tranquilo no vale de Acor.

“Mas todos vocês que abandonaram o Senhor, se esqueceram do meu santo monte e preferiram adorar a deusa Sorte e encherem as taças de vinho para o deus Destino,
Empero vosotros los que dejáis á Jehová, que olvidáis el monte de mi santidad, que ponéis mesa para la Fortuna, y suministráis libaciones para el Destino;
But ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.

fiquem sabendo que eu os destinarei à morte pela espada, e eu farei com que fiquem de joelhos para serem mortos. Porque eu os chamei, e vocês não responderam; eu os avisei, mas vocês não deram ouvidos. Preferiram fazer o mal, bem diante dos meus olhos; vocês escolheram exatamente as coisas que mais me desagradam”.

Portanto, assim diz o Soberano, o Senhor: “Os meus servos terão comida à vontade, mas vocês passarão fome; os meus servos beberão, enquanto vocês passarão sede. Os meus servos viverão sempre alegres, enquanto vocês sofrerão tristeza e vergonha;
Por tanto así dijo el Señor Jehová: He aquí que mis siervos comerán, y vosotros tendréis hambre; he aquí que mis siervos beberán, y vosotros tendréis sed; he aquí que mis siervos se alegrarán, y vosotros seréis avergonzados;
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:

os meus servos cantarão com alegria de coração, enquanto vocês se lamentarão e gritarão com angústia no coração e uivarão em quebrantamento de espírito.

Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.

O seu nome vai virar maldição para os meus escolhidos; o Soberano, o Senhor, vai matar todos vocês, mas dará um novo nome aos seus verdadeiros servos.
Y dejaréis vuestro nombre por maldición á mis escogidos, y el Señor Jehová te matará; y á sus siervos llamará por otro nombre.
And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name:

Então, se alguém pedir uma bênção ou fizer um juramento, pedirá e jurará pelo Deus da verdade. Eu mesmo confirmarei a bênção e o juramento, porque já terei me esquecido de todas as maldades e pecados que vocês cometeram no passado.
El que se bendijere en la tierra, en el Dios de verdad se bendecirá; y el que jurare en la tierra, por el Dios de verdad jurará; porque las angustias primeras serán olvidadas, y serán cubiertas de mis ojos.
That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.

Prestem atenção! Criarei novos céus e nova terra; as coisas passadas serão esquecidas. Ninguém lembrará delas.

Alegrem-se! Cantem de alegria pelas coisas que eu estou criando! Vou transformar Jerusalém em um lugar de imensa alegria e darei muita felicidade ao seu povo!
Mas os gozaréis y os alegraréis por siglo de siglo en las cosas que yo crío: porque he aquí que yo crío á Jerusalem alegría, y á su pueblo gozo.
But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.

Jerusalém será a minha fonte de prazer, e eu me alegrarei muito com o meu povo. Lá, nunca mais se ouvirão o choro e os gritos de tristeza e dor.

“Não haverá mais crianças que vivam poucos dias! Os homens viverão muitos e muitos anos. Aos cem anos uma pessoa ainda será considerada jovem, e somente os pecadores morrerão com essa idade!
No habrá más allí niño de días, ni viejo que sus días no cumpla: porque el niño morirá de cien años, y el pecador de cien años, será maldito.
There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.

Naqueles dias, construirão casas e habitarão nelas; plantarão vinhas e comerão as suas uvas.

Não construirão casas para outros morarem nelas, nem plantarão uvas para outros comerem. O meu povo terá vida longa como as árvores; os meus escolhidos aproveitarão até o fim tudo o que conseguiram com muito esforço.

They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.

Nunca mais trabalharão sem proveito para outros povos comerem suas colheitas. Os seus filhos não acabarão na desgraça; pois serão um povo que o Senhor abençoou, e seus filhos também serão abençoados.
No trabajarán en vano, ni parirán para maldición; porque son simiente de los benditos de Jehová, y sus descendientes con ellos.
They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.

Eu darei a eles o que desejam, antes mesmo de me pedirem. Enquanto eles ainda estiverem falando comigo sobre suas necessidades, eu já terei respondido às suas orações!

El lobo y el cordero serán apacentados juntos, y el león comerá paja como el buey; y á la serpiente el polvo será su comida. No afligirán, ni harán mal en todo mi santo monte, dijo Jehová.
The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.
