Isaías 8

Und der HERR sprach zu mir: Nimm dir eine große Tafel und schreibe darauf mit Menschengriffel: «Bald kommt Plünderung, eilends Raub!»

Y DÍJOME Jehová: Tómate un gran volumen, y escribe en él en estilo de hombre tocante á Maher-salal-hash-baz.

Moreover the LORD said unto me, Take thee a great roll, and write in it with a man’s pen concerning Maher-shalal-hash-baz.

The LORD said to me, “Take a large tablet, and write on it with a man’s pen, ‘For Maher Shalal Hash Baz’;

Und ich verschaffte mir glaubwürdige Zeugen, Uria, den Priester, und Sacharia, den Sohn Jeberechias.

Y junté conmigo por testigos fieles á Urías sacerdote, y á Zacarías hijo de Jeberechîas.

And I took unto me faithful witnesses to record, Uriah the priest, and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.

and I will take for myself faithful witnesses to testify: Uriah the priest, and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.”

Und ich nahte mich der Prophetin, die empfing und gebar einen Sohn. Da sprach der HERR zu mir: Nenne ihn: «Bald kommt Plünderung, eilends Raub».

Y juntéme con la profetisa, la cual concibió, y parió un hijo. Y díjome Jehová: Ponle por nombre Maher-salal-hash-baz.

And I went unto the prophetess; and she conceived, and bare a son. Then said the LORD to me, Call his name Maher-shalal-hash-baz.

I went to the prophetess, and she conceived, and bore a son. Then the LORD said to me, “Call his name ‘Maher Shalal Hash Baz.’

Denn ehe der Knabe wird sagen können «Mein Vater» und «Meine Mutter», wird der Reichtum von Damaskus und die Beute Samariens vor dem assyrischen König einhergetragen werden.

Porque antes que el niño sepa decir, Padre mío, y Madre mía, será quitada la fuerza de Damasco y los despojos de Samaria, en la presencia del rey de Asiria.

For before the child shall have knowledge to cry, My father, and my mother, the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria shall be taken away before the king of Assyria.

For before the child knows how to say, ‘My father’ and ‘My mother,’ the riches of Damascus and the plunder of Samaria will be carried away by the king of Assyria.”

Und der HERR fuhr fort zu mir zu reden und sprach:

Otra vez tornó Jehová á hablarme, diciendo:

The LORD spake also unto me again, saying,

The LORD spoke to me yet again, saying,

Weil dieses Volk das stillrinnende Wasser Siloahs verachtet, dagegen den Rezin hochachtet und den Sohn Remaljas,

Por cuanto desechó este pueblo las aguas de Siloé, que corren mansamente, y holgóse con Rezín y con el hijo de Remalías;

Forasmuch as this people refuseth the waters of Shiloah that go softly, and rejoice in Rezin and Remaliah’s son;

“Because this people has refused the waters of Shiloah that go softly, and rejoice in Rezin and Remaliah’s son;

siehe, so wird der Herr die starken und großen Wasser des Stromes über sie bringen, den assyrischen König mit seiner ganzen Macht. Der wird sich über sein Bett ergießen und über alle seine Ufer treten;

He aquí por tanto que el Señor hace subir sobre ellos aguas de ríos, impetuosas y muchas, á saber, al rey de Asiria con todo su poder; el cual subirá sobre todos sus ríos, y pasará sobre todas sus riberas:

Now therefore, behold, the Lord bringeth up upon them the waters of the river, strong and many, even the king of Assyria, and all his glory: and he shall come up over all his channels, and go over all his banks:

now therefore, behold, the Lord brings upon them the mighty flood waters of the River: the king of Assyria and all his glory. It will come up over all its channels, and go over all its banks.

und wird daherfahren über Juda, es überschwemmen und überfluten bis an den Hals; und die Ausdehnung seiner Heeresflügel wird die Breite deines Landes füllen, o Immanuel!

Y pasando hasta Judá, inundará, y sobrepujará, y llegará hasta la garganta; y extendiendo sus alas, llenará la anchura de tu tierra, oh Emmanuel.

And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel.

It will sweep onward into Judah. It will overflow and pass through. It will reach even to the neck. The stretching out of its wings will fill the width of your land, O Immanuel.

Seid unruhig, ihr Völker, und erzittert! Merket auf, ihr alle in fernen Landen; rüstet euch (und erzittert doch, ja, rüstet euch) und erzittert!

Juntaos, pueblos, y seréis quebrantados; oid todos los que sois de lejanas tierras: poneos á punto, y seréis quebrantados; apercibíos, y seréis quebrantados.

Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces.

Make an uproar, you peoples, and be broken in pieces! Listen, all you from far countries: dress for battle, and be shattered! Dress for battle, and be shattered!

Beschließet einen Rat, (es wird doch nichts daraus! Verabredet etwas), es wird doch nicht ausgeführt; denn mit uns ist Gott!

Tomad consejo, y será deshecho; proferid palabra, y no será firme: porque Dios con nosotros.

Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.

Take counsel together, and it will be brought to nothing; speak the word, and it will not stand, for God is with us.”

Denn also hat der HERR zu mir gesprochen, und er faßte mich fest bei der Hand und warnte mich, daß ich nicht wandeln solle den Weg dieses Volkes:

Porque Jehová me dijo de esta manera con mano fuerte, y enseñóme que no caminase por el camino de este pueblo, diciendo:

For the LORD spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying,

For the LORD spoke this to me with a strong hand, and instructed me not to walk in the way of this people, saying,

Nennet nicht alles Verschwörung, was dieses Volk Verschwörung nennt, und vor dem, was es fürchtet, fürchtet euch nicht und erschrecket nicht davor!

No digáis, Conjuración, á todas las cosas á que este pueblo dice, Conjuración; ni temáis lo que temen, ni tengáis miedo.

Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.

“Don’t call a conspiracy all that this people call a conspiracy. Don’t fear their threats or be terrorized.

Heiliget aber den HERRN der Heerscharen; der flöße euch Furcht und Schrecken ein!

A Jehová de los ejércitos, á él santificad: sea él vuestro temor, y él sea vuestro miedo.

Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

The LORD of Armies is who you must respect as holy. He is the one you must fear. He is the one you must dread.

So wird er zum Heiligtum werden; aber zum Stein des Anstoßes und zum Fels des Strauchelns den beiden Häusern Israels, zum Fallstrick und zur Schlinge den Bewohnern Jerusalems,

Entonces él será por santuario; mas á las dos casas de Israel por piedra para tropezar, y por tropezadero para caer, y por lazo y por red al morador de Jerusalem.

And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

He will be a sanctuary, but for both houses of Israel, he will be a stumbling stone and a rock that makes them fall. For the people of Jerusalem, he will be a trap and a snare.

so daß viele unter ihnen straucheln und fallen, zerbrochen, verstrickt und gefangen werden.

Y muchos tropezarán entre ellos, y caerán, y serán quebrantados: enredaránse, y serán presos.

And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

Many will stumble over it, fall, be broken, be snared, and be captured.”

†Ich binde das Zeugnis zusammen, versiegle die Lehre in meinen Jüngern

Ata el testimonio, sella la ley entre mis discípulos.

Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.

Wrap up the covenant. Seal the law among my disciples.

und warte auf den HERRN, der sein Antlitz vor dem Hause Jakobs verborgen hat, und hoffe auf ihn.

Esperaré pues á Jehová, el cual escondió su rostro de la casa de Jacob, y á él aguardaré.

And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.

I will wait for the LORD, who hides his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.

Siehe, ich und die Kinder, die mir der HERR gegeben hat, wir sind Zeichen und Warnungen für Israel von dem HERRN der Heerscharen, der auf dem Berge Zion wohnt.

He aquí, yo y los hijos que me dió Jehová, por señales y prodigios en Israel, de parte de Jehová de los ejércitos que mora en el monte de Sión.

Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.

Behold, I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of Armies, who dwells in Mount Zion.

Wenn sie euch aber sagen werden: Befraget die Totenbeschwörer und Wahrsager, welche flüstern und murmeln, †so antwortet ihnen: Soll nicht ein Volk seinen Gott befragen, oder soll man die Toten für die Lebendigen befragen? «Zum Gesetz und zum Zeugnis!»

Y si os dijeren: Preguntad á los pythones y á los adivinos, que susurran hablando, responded: ¿No consultará el pueblo á su Dios? ¿Apelará por los vivos á los muertos?

And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?

When they tell you, “Consult with those who have familiar spirits and with the wizards, who chirp and who mutter,” shouldn’t a people consult with their God? Should they consult the dead on behalf of the living?

wenn sie nicht also sprechen, gibt es für sie kein Morgenrot.

¡A la ley y al testimonio! Si no dijeren conforme á esto, es porque no les ha amanecido.

To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

Turn to the law and to the covenant! If they don’t speak according to this word, surely there is no morning for them.

Und sie schleichen gedrückt und hungrig im Finstern umher, und wenn sie Hunger leiden, werden sie zornig und schmähen ihren König und ihren Gott.

Y pasarán por él fatigados y hambrientos, y acontecerá que teniendo hambre, se enojarán y maldecirán á su rey y á su Dios, levantando el rostro en alto.

And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward.

They will pass through it, very distressed and hungry. It will happen that when they are hungry, they will worry, and curse their king and their God. They will turn their faces upward,

Wenden sie sich dann nach oben, oder sehen sie auf die Erde, siehe, so ist da Not und Finsternis, beängstigendes Dunkel, und in die Nacht sieht man sich verstoßen.

Y mirarán á la tierra, y he aquí tribulación y tiniebla, oscuridad y angustia; y serán sumidos en las tinieblas.

And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and they shall be driven to darkness.

then look to the earth and see distress, darkness, and the gloom of anguish. They will be driven into thick darkness.
