Größer aber ist die Gnade, die er gibt. Darum spricht sie: «Gott widersteht den Hoffärtigen; aber den Demütigen gibt er Gnade.»

Mas él da mayor gracia. Por esto dice: Dios resiste á los soberbios, y da gracia á los humildes.

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
