¿De dónde vienen las guerras, y los pleitos entre vosotros? De aquí, es a saber, de vuestras concupiscencias, las cuales batallan en vuestros miembros.

From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?

Codiciáis, y no tenéis: tenéis envidia y odio, y no podéis alcanzar: combatís y guerreáis, empero no tenéis lo que deseáis, porque no pedís.
