Da riefen die Israeliten den HERRN laut um Hilfe an und bekannten: »Wir haben gegen dich gesündigt, und zwar dadurch, daß wir unsern Gott verlassen und den Baalen gedient haben!«

Y los hijos de Israel clamaron á Jehová, diciendo: Nosotros hemos pecado contra ti; porque hemos dejado á nuestro Dios, y servido á los Baales.

And the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, saying, We have sinned against thee, both because we have forsaken our God, and also served Baalim.

The children of Israel cried to the LORD, saying, “We have sinned against you, even because we have forsaken our God, and have served the Baals.”
