Envió después Israel embajadores a Sehón, rey de los amorreos que habitaba en Hesebón, y le dijeron: Permíteme pasar por tu tierra hasta el río.

Y envió Israel embajadores á Sehón rey de los Amorrheos, rey de Hesbón, diciéndole: Ruégote que me dejes pasar por tu tierra hasta mi lugar.

And Israel sent messengers unto Sihon king of the Amorites, the king of Heshbon; and Israel said unto him, Let us pass, we pray thee, through thy land into my place.
