23Et sa femme lui dit : Si l’Éternel avait pris plaisir à nous faire mourir, il n’aurait pas accepté de notre main l’holocauste et le gâteau, et il ne nous aurait pas fait voir toutes ces choses, et ne nous aurait pas fait entendre, dans ce moment, des choses comme celles-là.

23But his wife said unto him, If the LORD were pleased to kill us, he would not have received a burnt offering and a meat offering at our hands, neither would he have shewed us all these things, nor would as at this time have told us such things as these.
