14Als er nach Lechi kam, da jauchzten ihm die Philister entgegen; aber der Geist Jehovas geriet über ihn, und die Stricke, welche an seinen Armen waren, wurden wie Flachsfäden, die vom Feuer versengt sind, und seine Bande schmolzen weg von seinen Händen.

14And when he came unto Lehi, the Philistines shouted against him: and the Spirit of the LORD came mightily upon him, and the cords that were upon his arms became as flax that was burnt with fire, and his bands loosed from off his hands.
