Y tomando la quijada de un asno recién muerto, que vio por casualidad en la tierra, mató a mil hombres con ella.

Y hallando una quijada de asno fresca, extendió la mano y tomóla, é hirió con ella á mil hombres.

And he found a new jawbone of an ass, and put forth his hand, and took it, and slew a thousand men therewith.

He found a fresh jawbone of a donkey, put out his hand, took it, and struck a thousand men with it.
