Lo que sabiendo los filisteos, y propalándose entre ellos que Sansón había entrado en la ciudad, cercaron la casa, y pusieron centinelas a la puerta de la ciudad, y estuvieron en acecho toda la noche, con el fin de matarle por la mañana al tiempo de salir.
Y fué dicho á los de Gaza: Samsón es venido acá. Y cercáronlo, y pusiéronle espías toda aquella noche á la puerta de la ciudad: y estuvieron callados toda aquella noche, diciendo: Hasta la luz de la mañana; entonces lo mataremos.
And it was told the Gazites, saying, Samson is come hither. And they compassed him in, and laid wait for him all night in the gate of the city, and were quiet all the night, saying, In the morning, when it is day, we shall kill him.
The Gazites were told, “Samson is here!” They surrounded him and laid wait for him all night in the gate of the city, and were quiet all the night, saying, “Wait until morning light; then we will kill him.”
