Es war ein Mann vom Gebirge Ephraim, namens Micha. Der sprach zu seiner Mutter:

HUBO un hombre del monte de Ephraim, que se llamaba Michâs.

And there was a man of mount Ephraim, whose name was Micah.

Die elfhundert Silberlinge, die dir genommen worden sind und um derentwillen du einen Fluch ausgesprochen hast vor meinen Ohren; siehe, jenes Geld ist bei mir, ich habe es genommen! Da sprach seine Mutter: Gesegnet seist du, mein Sohn, von dem HERRN!

El cual dijo á su madre: Los mil y cien siclos de plata que te fueron hurtados, por lo que tú maldecías oyéndolo yo, he aquí que yo tengo este dinero: yo lo había tomado. Entonces la madre dijo: Bendito seas de Jehová, hijo mío.

And he said unto his mother, The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from thee, about which thou cursedst, and spakest of also in mine ears, behold, the silver is with me; I took it. And his mother said, Blessed be thou of the LORD, my son.

He said to his mother, “The eleven hundred pieces of silver that were taken from you, about which you uttered a curse, and also spoke it in my ears—behold, the silver is with me. I took it.” His mother said, “May the LORD bless my son!”

Also gab er seiner Mutter die elfhundert Silberlinge wieder. Und seine Mutter sprach: Ich habe mit meiner Hand das Geld gänzlich dem HERRN geheiligt für dich, mein Sohn, daß man ein geschnitztes und gegossenes Bild machen soll; darum gebe ich es dir wieder.

Y luego que él hubo vuelto á su madre los mil y cien siclos de plata, su madre dijo: Yo he dedicado este dinero á Jehová de mi mano para ti, hijo mío, para que hagas una imagen de talla y de fundición: ahora pues, yo te lo devuelvo.

And when he had restored the eleven hundred shekels of silver to his mother, his mother said, I had wholly dedicated the silver unto the LORD from my hand for my son, to make a graven image and a molten image: now therefore I will restore it unto thee.

He restored the eleven hundred pieces of silver to his mother, then his mother said, “I most certainly dedicate the silver to the LORD from my hand for my son, to make a carved image and a molten image. Now therefore I will restore it to you.”

Er aber gab seiner Mutter das Geld zurück. Da nahm seine Mutter zweihundert Silberlinge und gab sie dem Goldschmied; der machte ihr daraus ein geschnitztes und gegossenes Bild; das kam in Michas Haus.

Mas volviendo él á su madre los dineros, tomó su madre doscientos siclos de plata, y diólos al fundidor: y él le hizo de ellos una imagen de talla y de fundición, la cual fué puesta en casa de Michâs.

Yet he restored the money unto his mother; and his mother took two hundred shekels of silver, and gave them to the founder, who made thereof a graven image and a molten image: and they were in the house of Micah.

When he restored the money to his mother, his mother took two hundred pieces of silver, and gave them to a silversmith, who made a carved image and a molten image out of it. It was in the house of Micah.

So hatte also Micha ein Gotteshaus, und er machte ein Ephod und Teraphim und füllte einem seiner Söhne die Hand, daß er Priester wurde.

Y tuvo este hombre Michâs casa de dioses, é hízose hacer ephod y teraphim, y consagró uno de sus hijos; y fuéle por sacerdote.

Y había un joven de Beth-lehem de Judá, de la tribu de Judá, el cual era Levita; y peregrinaba allí.

And there was a young man out of Beth-lehem-judah of the family of Judah, who was a Levite, and he sojourned there.

Er zog aber aus der Stadt Bethlehem-Juda, um sich niederzulassen, wo es sich träfe. Als er so seines Weges ging, kam er auf das Gebirge Ephraim zum Hause Michas.

Este hombre se había partido de la ciudad de Beth-lehem de Judá, para ir á vivir donde hallase; y llegando al monte de Ephraim, vino á casa de Michâs, para de allí hacer su camino.

And the man departed out of the city from Beth-lehem-judah to sojourn where he could find a place: and he came to mount Ephraim to the house of Micah, as he journeyed.

The man departed out of the city, out of Bethlehem Judah, to live where he could find a place, and he came to the hill country of Ephraim, to the house of Micah, as he traveled.

Da fragte ihn Micha: Wo kommst du her? Er antwortete ihm: Ich bin ein Levit von Bethlehem-Juda und suche mich da aufzuhalten, wo ich kann.

Y Michâs le dijo: ¿De dónde vienes? Y el Levita le respondió: Soy de Beth-lehem de Judá, y voy á vivir donde hallare.

And Micah said unto him, Whence comest thou? And he said unto him, I am a Levite of Beth-lehem-judah, and I go to sojourn where I may find a place.

Micah said to him, “Where did you come from?” He said to him, “I am a Levite of Bethlehem Judah, and I am looking for a place to live.”

Da sprach Micha zu ihm: Bleibe bei mir! Du sollst mir Vater und Priester sein; ich will dir jährlich zehn Silberlinge und einen Anzug und deinen Unterhalt geben. Und der Levit ging hinein.

Entonces Michâs le dijo: Quédate en mi casa, y me serás en lugar de padre y sacerdote; y yo te daré diez siclos de plata por año, y el ordinario de vestidos, y tu comida. Y el Levita se quedó.

And Micah said unto him, Dwell with me, and be unto me a father and a priest, and I will give thee ten shekels of silver by the year, and a suit of apparel, and thy victuals. So the Levite went in.

Micah said to him, “Dwell with me, and be to me a father and a priest, and I will give you ten pieces of silver per year, a suit of clothing, and your food.” So the Levite went in.

Und der Levit willigte ein, bei dem Manne zu bleiben; und dieser hielt den Jüngling wie einen seiner Söhne.

Acordó pues el Levita en morar con aquel hombre, y él lo tenía como á uno de sus hijos.

And the Levite was content to dwell with the man; and the young man was unto him as one of his sons.

Und Micha füllte dem Leviten die Hand, daß er sein Priester ward, und er blieb in Michas Haus.

Und Micha sprach: Nun weiß ich, daß der HERR mir wohltun wird, weil ich einen Leviten zum Priester habe!

Y Michâs dijo: Ahora sé que Jehová me hará bien, pues que el Levita es hecho mi sacerdote.

Then said Micah, Now know I that the LORD will do me good, seeing I have a Levite to my priest.

Then Micah said, “Now I know that the LORD will do good to me, since I have a Levite as my priest.”
