Er aber antwortete ihm: Wir reisen von Bethlehem-Juda, bis wir kommen an die Seite des Gebirges Ephraim, daher ich bin; und bin gen Bethlehem-Juda gezogen und ziehe jetzt zum Hause des HErrn, und niemand will mich herbergen.

Y alzando el viejo los ojos, vió á aquel viajante en la plaza de la ciudad, y díjole: ¿A dónde vas, y de dónde vienes?

And when he had lifted up his eyes, he saw a wayfaring man in the street of the city: and the old man said, Whither goest thou? and whence comest thou?

He lifted up his eyes, and saw the wayfaring man in the street of the city; and the old man said, “Where are you going? Where did you come from?”
