Dix mille hommes d'élite de tout Israël arrivèrent ainsi de devant Gabaa. Le combat fut rude, et les fils de Benjamin ne se doutaient pas que le malheur allait les atteindre.

Y vinieron contra Gabaa diez mil hombres escogidos de todo Israel, y la batalla comenzó á agravarse: mas ellos no sabían que el mal se acercaba sobre ellos.
