48Poi gl'Israeliti ritornarono a' figliuoli di Beniamino, e li percossero, e li misero a fil di spada, così le persone ch'erano nella città, come le bestie, e tutto ciò che si ritrovò; misero eziandio a fuoco e fiamma tutte le città che si ritrovarono.

48And the men of Israel turned again upon the children of Benjamin, and smote them with the edge of the sword, as well the men of every city, as the beast, and all that came to hand: also they set on fire all the cities that they came to.
