Pero no podemos darles nuestras hijas, hemos jurado con voto solemne que cualquiera que lo haga será maldito de parte de Dios».

Nosotros empero, no les podemos dar mujeres de nuestras hijas, porque los hijos de Israel han jurado, diciendo: Maldito el que diere mujer á Benjamín.

Howbeit we may not give them wives of our daughters: for the children of Israel have sworn, saying, Cursed be he that giveth a wife to Benjamin.
