Y se congregaron todos los vecinos de Siquem, y los de la ciudad de Mello; y fueron y alzaron por rey a Abimelec, junto a la encina que estaba en Siquem.

Y reunidos todos los de Sichêm con toda la casa de Millo, fueron y eligieron á Abimelech por rey, cerca de la llanura del pilar que estaba en Sichêm.

And all the men of Shechem gathered together, and all the house of Millo, and went, and made Abimelech king, by the plain of the pillar that was in Shechem.
