13Las aguas de los cielos llueven con estruendo por orden suya. Él hace que las nubes se eleven por toda la tierra. Hace que el rayo acompañe a la lluvia, y envía el viento desde sus almacenes.

13A su voz se da muchedumbre de aguas en el cielo, y hace subir las nubes de lo postrero de la tierra; hace los relámpagos con la lluvia, y saca el viento de sus depósitos.

13When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.

13When he utters his voice, the waters in the heavens roar, and he causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth. He makes lightnings for the rain, and brings the wind out of his treasuries.
