Jeremías 11

Porque desde o primeiro dia, quando tirei os seus antepassados do Egito, até hoje, eu venho repetindo aos israelitas: ‘Obedeçam às minhas ordens!’

Porque con eficacia protesté á vuestros padres el día que los hice subir de la tierra de Egipto hasta el día de hoy, madrugando y protestando, diciendo: Oid mi voz.

For I earnestly protested unto your fathers in the day that I brought them up out of the land of Egypt, even unto this day, rising early and protesting, saying, Obey my voice.
