Jeremías 12

Ma, o Signore, tu mi conosci, tu mi vedi, ed hai provato qual sia il mio cuore inverso te; strascinali, a guisa di pecore, al macello, e preparali per lo giorno dell'uccisione.

Tú empero, oh Jehová, me conoces; vísteme, y probaste mi corazón para contigo: arráncalos como á ovejas para el degolladero, y señálalos para el día de la matanza.

But thou, O LORD, knowest me: thou hast seen me, and tried mine heart toward thee: pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them for the day of slaughter.
