Du bist gerecht, HERR, wenn ich mit dir hadere; doch von deinen Urteilen möchte ich mit dir reden: Warum ist der Weg der Gottlosen glücklich, sind sicher alle, die Treulosigkeit üben?
JUSTO eres tú, oh Jehová, aunque yo contigo dispute: hablaré empero juicios contigo. ¿Por qué es prosperado el camino de los impíos, y tienen bien todos los que se portan deslealmente?
Righteous art thou, O LORD, when I plead with thee: yet let me talk with thee of thy judgments: Wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper? wherefore are all they happy that deal very treacherously?
You are righteous, LORD, when I contend with you; yet I would like to plead a case with you. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why are they all at ease who deal very treacherously?
Du hast sie gepflanzt, sie haben auch Wurzel geschlagen; sie kommen vorwärts, tragen auch Frucht. Du bist nahe in ihrem Mund, doch fern von ihren Nieren.
Plantástelos, y echaron raíces; progresaron, é hicieron fruto; cercano estás tú en sus bocas, mas lejos de sus riñones.
Thou hast planted them, yea, they have taken root: they grow, yea, they bring forth fruit: thou art near in their mouth, and far from their reins.
You have planted them. Yes, they have taken root. They grow. Yes, they produce fruit. You are near in their mouth, and far from their heart.
Du aber, HERR, du kennst mich, du siehst mich und prüfst mein Herz gegen dich. Reiße sie weg wie Schafe zur Schlachtung, und weihe sie für den Tag des Würgens!

How long shall the land mourn, and the herbs of every field wither, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein? the beasts are consumed, and the birds; because they said, He shall not see our last end.

Wenn du mit Fußgängern läufst und sie dich ermüdeten, wie willst du denn mit Pferden wetteifern? Und wenn du auf ein Land des Friedens dein Vertrauen setzt, wie willst du es denn machen in der Pracht des Jordan?
Si corriste con los de á pie, y te cansaron, ¿cómo contenderás con los caballos? Y si en la tierra de paz estabas quieto, ¿cómo harás en la hinchazón del Jordán?
If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?
“If you have run with the footmen, and they have wearied you, then how can you contend with horses? Though in a land of peace you are secure, yet how will you do in the pride of the Jordan?
Denn auch deine Brüder und deines Vaters Haus, auch sie sind treulos gegen dich, auch sie rufen dir nach aus voller Kehle. Glaube ihnen nicht, wenn sie freundlich mit dir reden.
Porque aun tus hermanos y la casa de tu padre, aun ellos se levantaron contra ti, aun ellos dieron voces en pos de ti. No los creas, cuando bien te hablaren.
For even thy brethren, and the house of thy father, even they have dealt treacherously with thee; yea, they have called a multitude after thee: believe them not, though they speak fair words unto thee.

So spricht der HERR über alle meine bösen Nachbarn, die das Erbteil antasten, das ich mein Volk Israel habe erben lassen: Siehe, ich werde sie aus ihrem Land herausreißen, und das Haus Juda werde ich aus ihrer Mitte reißen.
Así dijo Jehová contra todos mis malos vecinos, que tocan la heredad que hice poseer á mi pueblo Israel: He aquí que yo los arrancaré de su tierra, y arrancaré de en medio de ellos la casa de Judá.

Und es soll geschehen, wenn sie die Wege meines Volkes wirklich lernen, so dass sie bei meinem Namen schwören: So wahr der HERR lebt! Wie sie mein Volk gelehrt haben, bei dem Baal zu schwören, so sollen sie inmitten meines Volkes aufgebaut werden.
Y será que, si cuidadosamente aprendieren los caminos de mi pueblo, para jurar en mi nombre, diciendo, Vive Jehová, así como enseñaron á mi pueblo á jurar por Baal; ellos serán prosperados en medio de mi pueblo.
And it shall come to pass, if they will diligently learn the ways of my people, to swear by my name, The LORD liveth; as they taught my people to swear by Baal; then shall they be built in the midst of my people.
It will happen, if they will diligently learn the ways of my people, to swear by my name, ‘As the LORD lives;’ even as they taught my people to swear by Baal, then they will be built up in the middle of my people.
Wenn sie aber nicht hören, so werde ich diese Nation ausreißen, ausreißen und vertilgen, spricht der HERR.
