Jeremías 14

Weil das Erdreich zerrissen ist, darum daß kein Regen auf die Erde fällt, sehen sich die Landleute in ihrer Hoffnung getäuscht und bedecken ihre Häupter.

Porque se resquebrajó la tierra á causa de no llover en el país; confusos los labradores, cubrieron sus cabezas.

Because the ground is chapt, for there was no rain in the earth, the plowmen were ashamed, they covered their heads.

Because of the ground which is cracked, because no rain has been in the land, the plowmen are disappointed. They cover their heads.
